Cool 1992 sc300 fuel reguation problems?

i bought this car wrecked and have been restoring it and DD'ing for the past 6 months,
here recently it had problems maintaining a stable fuel pressure(while driving it jumps about every 50 or so feet)
but after a full tank of gas and cleaning the fuel pressure regulator it ran awesome for about a week. it started to happen again so i bought a new fuel pressure regulator and filter, and again ran good for about a week. but now it has a miss and is running super rich. any and all help will be appreciated

Unplug your MAF and see if your car is running any differently.

installed a new maf, helped out the running rich part a lil.
now it wont stay running, i can run and do fine (except for the rich part)
for about ten minutes and then the idle starts to bounce and the car cuts off
i have a hunch its probably a bad throttle pos sensor
and i checked all my vacuum and everything was fine
i just dont know why it wont stay running

... on the plus side i did score a 77 celica this week
