Do the Momo and/or Veilside steering wheels have airbags? I think it is illegal in any state to replace your steering wheel with one that doesn't have an airbag unless your orig. wheel never had an airbag.

BTW: That TRD wheel looked really good IMO and it has an airbag (the smallest airbag made TRD claims)

Ever wonder what happens if you get into an accident and your airbags deploy. You decide to not get a replacement and just have it recovered. Would that be illegal as well? Or can that be a good excuse why you don't have one????

No that's not illegal. I was pulled over a while back and I didn't even have airbags covered or anything, just the steering wheel, and the cop didn't do anything. Didn't even ask me why I had no airbags.

THe way cops and mechanics check is on the VIN there is a picture and it says airbag. If it has it on the vin and you remove the airbag technically it is illegal and they can cite you. Good thing about my VIN it doesn't so sparco here I come.

You can get a Nardi Hub. Call VeilSide if you want the Bozz/Nardi hub. It goes for $90.00
