Default 93 sc300 maf problem help

Hey Guys
I bought a 93 sc300 5 spd with bad motor. Just got a new motor and ecu in the car, now when i started the car it stays on but sometimes it cuts off. I put my foot on the gas pedal and ran it for 5 minutes and it came up with the CEL. There are 2 codes one for oxygen sensor and the other on is error code #2 air floor meter. The engine and maf came out of a 95 supra na automatic and it was runnign fine. I know there's nothign wrong with the maf but when i purchased the car the mad connector wasn't there , so i got the connector off of that 95 supra so so the wire colors are different on this new connector.
wire color on the harness is different than the connect
wire colors on the harness 1(yellow with black stripe), 2(yellow with green stripe), 3(blue with pink stripe, 4(solid brown), 5(solid brown).

Well, your car has a Vane Air Flow Meter, not a MAF. VAF uses a door, and MAF uses 2 hot wires. I dont knoe if the 95 supra uses a VAF or MAF.

Wait Sc300 don't use the same airflow meter as sc400? It is neither MAF or VAF. At least on my 1997.

i bought one from autozone and it's the same. I tried plugging that in and it's doing the same, that's why i am so sure that it's the connection. if i start the car it runs but not the way it's suppose too, and when i unplug the maf, nothing happens.

Your car has the Karman Vortex type Air Flow Sensor (AFS). 3 wires is from the Air Flow Sensor, the other 2 is from the Intake Air Temp sensor (IAT)

IAT (2 wires) - Yellow/Black wire is 5V REF/Signal wire. Brown wire is Ground (next to Yellow/Black).

AFS (3 wires) - Blue/Red wire is 5V REF. Brown wire is Ground. Yellow/Green is Signal. In that orderly fashion.
