Default Help oil pan plug?

I have a 92 sc300. Trying to do an oil change. Problem. There is a plug on the pan where the drain Bol should be. I can pry at it with a flat head and oil drips out. What to do? Is there a plug to hold instead do a drain bolt?
Thanks in advance?

It's should be a bolt not a plug. PM this member for the size, he just replaced his bolt.

Is it like a rubber plug or metal plug? I am guessing someone stripped the threads out of the pan and used the plug for a quick fix. I would check to make sure the threads are still good in the pan, as if they are not, you may have to re-tap the pan so you can use a bolt. Any pictures would be super helpful as well.

Thanks,
Rick

Thanks for the reply, Im thinking what your thinking. I can't post pics because I'm usingy iPhone right now. But yeah it looks like a oversized radiator cap in place of the bolt. The pan looks beat up so I'm skipping the temporary fix and going to install
A new lower oil pan. My new question is will an oil Pan from a 2jzge engine from toyota supra work in my sc300?
I got quoted 128 for a new one...
Any inputs out here?

Btw I was out at picknpull to try for one but only came up on a 400.

Thanks I. Sdvance
