One time in 190k miles did it strand me. Driving through Arkansas and it acted like it had bad gas ( I always run premium) It would run a while then stop. Finally stopped . Bad fuel pump. Pulled out the back seat to access the fuel pump , drained the tank and replaced it while sitting in the driveway while visiting relatives.

the common problem... fuel pump issue... just did the 12V mod and it worked flawlessly

One time on highway, masterturbo had a really bad play, that every time I hit gas it get stuck and shutting the car off, the other time was when crank pulley split and I saw it rolling on to the street lucky I was in 2nd gear when and did not hit any car the pulley.
