Default Speedometer Issue with video

Here is the link to the video.

Anybody know for sure what part is on its way out?
It could be the speed sensor going out, but i figured id ask before replacing it and having the same issue.

All I see is a needle trying to enjoy the music.

It's simply a car begging to be driven faster.

the issue is only when driving, usually occurs around 40 to 60. most of the time it will just sit about 8mph off of the actual (GPS) speed. I am using close to the stock wheel/tire height so 8mph is way too far off of what it should be.

My speedo does that when I back up but at like 2 mph. Then as I drive at like 70 it will read 40 mph and never go any higher. I suspect that its my Speed sensor. Possible broken or loose. Who knows what that is. I am going to look into whats going on with mine. Maybe if I figure it out it will help you out as well.
