Unhappy Engine Miss

When I was jump-starting a buddy's GS300, a coolant hose blew off his heater-control and sprayed all over my SC. Not wanting to smell coolant for the next week, I rinsed my engine off with a garden hose (no high pressure) and all was good. I drove it to work that night and it was fine. I was coming home and it started to shudder, especially under acceleration. I thought, "OK, the clutch is finally going" and I babied it home. Then I noticed it was rough at idle but it seemed to smooth out when it was revved high with no load. No CEL at that point. I decided to drive it to work one more time and see if the problem would go away. It didn't, the CEL came on, instead, and indicated a P0300 (Random/Multiple misfire), P0303, P0305 & P0306 (3, 4 & 6 cylinder misfire).

Question 1: Could this be related to the washing the car got? I washed the engine a year and bit ago and it started missing on #1 cyl until I took everything apart and put it back together.
Question 2: What component is most likely causing this miss (whether it/they got wet or not)

I don't have a lot of time for fixing the poor girl right now as I'm working 12 / 7. I'm polling the forum simply because it'll cut down on my diagnostic time--hopefully giving me a solid starting place.

I washed my engine bay, and about two days later it started doing the same. Had to replace the plugs on the cylinders where the misfire was. That fixed it for me, not sure if the circumstances are the same but it's worth a shot.

yeah, I'm pretty certain it needs plugs and wires. Like I said, last time it was just taken apart and put back together and that worked fine. Guess I might as well go ahead and give the girl a tune-up anyway. Now the weather's getting nice I can start riding the motorcycle
