Default MAP ECU 3 assistance needed

A friend dropped his 98 sc300 turbo off with me and asked me to get it running on his new map ecu3.

upon going through the setup screen I was not sure as to what to label his car as for the metering device? It had "map replacement" "HF KVX, TPS Y axis" and about 12 others in the drop down table. So I wasnt sure which one to use as he has removed the maf and it is running on the map ecu, map sensor.

I could have sworn that the OBDII SC300s were "hotwire" mafs, and the older ones like mine were a Karmen Vortex type maf.

Can anyone lend a hand here, it would be much appreciated
