sc 400 back seats
If i remember correctly, the bottoms come out easily with a little tug under each seat in the rear. That should pop up and out. Then it'll expose I think 3 or 4 screws that hold in the back of the seat. After you remove those, you should be able to find out how to remove the rest.

There is a detailed picture of how to do this on this forum. Try searching for it. Very helpful.
To summarize... Pull the bottom seat part out first. To do this, there are TWO latches that just pop out on each side. To locate them, sit down on the back seat and reach between your knees...that is the latch.. Now...just get out of the seat and pull up at the point the leather meets the carpet. You should see the 4 bolts that you need to unscrew from there that Tony pointed out.
