bet yet the record for the fastest 3000gt is faster then ,the fastest sc... does that make a sc a pos as well. no, there are countless of 3000gt into the 10s. im glad you think you know everything about everything when yet you don't. there are more then enough 9 second 3000gt's out there, more then a hand ful with a/c and stock weight. no engine swaps. no going from non turbo engine to a turbo engine, with harness swaps, and etc etc, bolted on turbos, aem and some go fast parts. your reasons for the car being a pos doesn't make any sense.
but enough of you, trying to bash a platform you know nothing about. and back to this thread and the topic at hand my 1995 sc300. keep it on topic thanks guys
Sc isn't a good drag racing platform , I never argued that. 2j has been 6s and has made over 1600rwhp
before you try to learn me on supra's and 2jz and the power it can be had , go google accelerated performance. i am at that shop atleast 1-2 days a week, and i am friends with the owners/tech or whatever you want to call them. i have seen more then enough of 1600+ whp cars. you don't need to tell me anything. you came in here calling another car platform a pos but had nothing to back it up. all becuase way back in the day a shop by you had one and it went 9s at one point in time. times change and cars are gone though changes and become faster. im not going to sit here and say a 3s platform is better then the soarer platform or supra or this or that. it is a car I enjoy and that car has throw down plenty of *** whooping's in stock form. you can't deny it is a quick car out of the box. let alone AWD car that's weight is in the 4,100's that can still run 13s in the 1/4 and still hang and out run most cars on the highway that car is a heavy slug but yet the gear ratio, awd and engine set up makes it a masterpeice in it's own way. not many cars that weigh over 3800 pounds and suffer the awd drivetrain loss can do as well as that car does on the highway, let alone tear down cars on the 1/4 being such a heavy car. again your the one who came in MY thread talking **** about another platform I own, now that i just put a end to your crap. back on topic.
