Default Lextech temp needle fix?

Hey guys. For any of you with Lextech clusters, were you ever able to get your temp needles adjusted? I can't get mine to read below 3/4 sweep no matter what I do.

I think it is an issue with the cluster. Lextech says it is probably a sender or thermostat issue, but I doubt it. I bought another cluster, and will update when it comes in.

Mine took a while of adjusting, I had to pull the needle off the temp gauge and reseat it like 20x times with the car running warmed up to get it working correctly, im sure its not 100% but as long as I know im not overheating im happy.

Yeah I adjusted it to the edge of its range and its closer, but still at 3/4 sweep. Any farther and the sockets won't align with the pins. So you were able to get yours in range after all?

when my car is fully warmed up and driving around town. Its a little under 4th line from the bottom counting. Looks like the car runs hot but its really at normal operating temps. If it jumps any higher than the 4th line I know to check for overheating problems.

Hows your car holding up with the W58? im already looking for another SC lol..

Yeah mine sits a hair above that 4th line now. I almost had a heart attack when I drove teh car for the first time since it was usually a full mark below that.

My W58 is barely hanging on. It has been tired since I bought it, and I really need at least an R154. All in due time though. Looking for another SC already? That didn't take long
