Default Loose/broken cluster needles

Need some help figuring out how to fix my floppy shafts. But seriously, this is what my cluster looks like when I'm stopped, with the engine running. The fuel gauge is the only one that works properly. The speedo and tach both move, but read low. The temp needle doesn't move at all, this was a cold start, and as it warms up, the needle doesn't move. I've tried removing the cluster and repositioning them, but that only seemed to make the issue worse.

Any advice?

Call up Tanin Auto Electronix, they do some really good work, I had my climate control unit worked on by them, they are professional and have good customer service.
