got the new sensor and just comparing the two they are totally opposites. the sub tps inside spins clockwise and the main tps spins counter clockwise. ill try installing it this saturday and update on how she runs. got my fingers crossed

 

Fixed!!!!! New TPS sensor fixed the problem. thanks all for the help
