Default Been away for a while

Just dropping in to say wassup, been a long time since ive been on the forums....in fact so long i had to start a new account. I'm in northern japan right now, not too many sc's up here unfortunately but, i had a chance to go down to a skyline fest in Fuji and behold!!!!!! There was a 1jz drift meet around the corner.....we know where i spent most of my time. I got some decent pics that i will post tomorrow, is there anything that anyone wants me to keep an eye out for when im in the junk yards?
Does anyone know if there are any supra meets in Tokyo or Supra events/1j/2j events held in japan? It was easy to find the skyline info but since im in the north with allot of snow the sc's gs's, supra's etc arent very plentiful as they are in Tokyo. Also for some reason everyone is on the skyline nuts, i may get one but only to sell it, we have parted out 4 GTR's, sliced them up and junked them.
After toying around with the rb's and riding around in a few GTR's of all flavor's, i still love the sc/supra.

2Nd that. I wouldn't mind a bargain on a complete 2Jz GTE. Other wise if you come across a used turbo setup you could box up and send this way it would be nice. Enjoy the scenery, i've always wanted to get over there for a little while to troll junk yards and take a few cars apart and mail them home piece by piece. I think a car body would be a little expensive to ship though LOL.

I'd love some pics of the Soarers present if you happen to have some!

Check out the noriyaro blog. The guy who runs it (Alexi) is into the Toyota-scene over there and posts regularly from track events, drift meets, etc.

lol skyline no, thats for me to bring back. there are places for parts, i havent seen allot of compatible parts up north except for suby's. I know a guy here picked up an aristo engine for $400 and got the getrag tranny for a little over a G.

There are places i can go to get little japanese things if anyone is interested, air freshners and nardi wheels, etc etc. Its a place called UP Garage and they are all over, I will go there this weekend and snap some pics of what they have to see if anyone is interested.

GTR's rain supreme around here and they are cool but learning about that engine.....meh ill take 3L and not having to buy a $1K oil pump for reliability any day. I mean i will get one bc they are cheap but i will also have my lex.

i have seen a few turbo's for sale but its the same price as in the states, T51 etc etc. I'm working on a yahoo auctions acount and the prices are a little better. I do know i can ship bodykits back pretty easily, and heads, cams stuff like that. An engine block may be difficult but im working on that too, my uncle has a shipping company and im trying to work a deal with him but i or you would need a reciever on the other end for the hazard goods.

I'm also trying to get an sc or two that i can part out or send the pieces needed for rhd conversions for those who are interested.
