future project
so right now i have a 2g eclipse gsx (awd turbo) with a fresh motor and lots of parts. ive been building it since high school. i love this car a lot. i dont know why.
also have a 95 ls400
but.....
now im really interested in buying a sc300 manual and having a 2jzgte put in. so i have some questions about this since idk anybody with an sc, let alone a 2jzgte one..
First of all can this car be converted completely into a supra? im not talking about the the body, i mean once the motor swap is done, can i do supra axles, suspension, drivetrain, differential etc?
what needs to be done to make an sc300 able to handle real 2j power?
also can i swap a jdm motor just as easily as the usdm version?
what about the vvti version?
how much does it cost to have the wireing harness professionally extended for the swap typically? or about how long doesit take?
i know there are lotsof threads on this, but people throw the letters 2j around like candy and i never know who to listen to haha.
i know im a yota nube but thats why im here to learn
thanks for reading, sorry about the lengthiness.

If you have the harness done, give Tweaked Tech (Dr. Tweak) a call.
He did mine recently, I haven't started the car yet, but looks like a really well done job. Prices will roughly range between $700-$1000+ depending on the condition of the old harness.
