Default Quicky about Lexus Security System

Hello all,

Just recently got some work done on my car involving CD changer and after getting it back I realized my
keyless entry system no longer works. I did notice my clock was wrong so I am guessing the battery was
disconnected at time of work. Can this affect the keyless system? If it can, will someone tell me what can
be done to fix? I have already scheduled an appt with Lexus to take it in but if the problem is simple
enought for me to fix I would rather do that then pay a Lexus bill.

Any info would be appreciated

Did you try changing the battery in your remote, how old is it? Who ever did the work on your CD changer let them re-trace their steps. There could be a loose/cut wire hidden with-in...Don't take to the dealer, you might as well get an after market alarm, the dealer will charge you twice as much.
