I just purchased my first SC300 about a hour ago. Its a 92 with 203k on body and 140k on engine. New head gasket, timing belt, acc belts, alternator, water pump, and battery. Came with a exhaust, intake filter, and 2 12'' jl audio subs and 1200 watt amp. It has the normal wear and tear, seats, steering wheel, faded paint. Everything else on it works, ac, heat, ps, cruise, windows/seats. I bought it for 1700. I LOVE IT!!!

Just curious to know what are some of the cons with these cars. I plan to just drop it and put some wheels on it and paint it. I was thinking about getting sme rays Vivtrix 18x8 and 18x9

One of the cons is that the SC300 is a horrible drift car. It's more of a luxury cruiser.

I have no intentions on drifting or racing this car. I already have a 300hp AE86 that is enough for me. This will be a daily, cruiser, eye turner. Well thats the plan.

Good find, it seems. Have fun bringing her back to life (though she sounds like about 85% there).
