Default High rpm

1.5 in park, normal when idling in drive, but wont shift until 2.5-3 rpm. I know there's a trans leak on the pan, fluid a little low, i put sealant on the TOP of the gasket but also might have something to do with throttle cables or tps? performs well enough, i need more fluid and eventually fix the leak but i'm not sure if that will do it. Hope so!

You didn't need to put sealant on top of the gasket, if you spray carb cleaner around the area it should rev up if it's leaking air (plus you would hear it).

Wiggle cruise control cable, trans pressure cable, and throttle cable. It should be snug, but not stretched tight.

Check TPS Voltage or Resistance
