Hi all , after poking around the site the last few years. Im now a proud owner of a 95 SC 400.
The only probelm is when the car slows down and im running the A/C the car shuts off. It only happens when I turn off the a/c while driving . Help me !

 

Alternator on mine went out after this happened to me. However, I had been using an iPod docking station with the cigarette lighter and blowing fuses, too. After replacing the fuses, it kept happening... and then progressed to shutting the radio off as well. It completely quit on me while I was driving one morning, and that's when I got a new alternator! Hope your luck is better than mine! (I have a 95 SC300.... so it could be a similar issue).

 

Does the idle dip down? If you have your lights On do they dim? Is your car ever hard to start in the morning?
