would i have to roll my fenders if i put these on my sc400?

With a width of 8.5 and 45 offset I highly doubt it

We have a sticky of wheel fitments on the top part of the SC page, I'm pretty sure there have been people who used this kind of specs already.

No fender mods needed at all... Check out mine. 19x8.5 all around. Not sure of offset but they clear supra tt calipers. Pictures shown didn't have tt calipers yet. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...sunny-day.html
