Default Confusing Misfire Problem

Okay so ... I bought my sc with a serious misfire going on. I changed the spark plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor, and seemed to be going fine for the first day or so. Now the car is starting to misfire again and I can't seem to figure out why. Could it be the spark plugs I went with aren't good enough quality. I kind of cheaped out and just bought ngk g-power Any thoughts ?
Thanks

I really hope it's just that, I'm going to go check it out tomorrow, as well as do my timing belt as I have discovered a "rip" in it
