Yep better off baking your lights, opening them up and wet sanding and buffing inside and out of the lens this will cost much less then gay *** looking ebay lights

ebay's look weird, they look like they are looking up, anyway the reason for this... you say budget is 300 easy i bought a whole set of minty fresh soarer lights for 265 shipped. on ebay
