So i was looking into miata's....yes i know
. i found one i liked was going to go get it and the seller said he decided to keep it, i was heart broken, i wanted it so damn bad. I started looking for a new car and got tired of looking, i woke up yesterday and decided to look up things that catch my eye, i typed in a SC400 and well behold, a craigslist add. Clicked the link and saw her...had th VIN posted in the thread, i ran the CARFAX, it came back squeeky clean, so i called the lady, YES! lady about the car, she owned a towing company and the car was repo'd she was asking 4400, but come on. We all know no one pays the asking price
. So i haggled got her down to 3800, went with my buddy and there was 2 small rust spots, tires were a lil dry rotted and it needs a new window regulator motor. I decided to call it another 200 down, SHE WENT FOR IT! So than when filling out the title i told her i only had 3500 and told her id love the car but its all i have, she went for that as well. SO YES! picked my baby up for 3500, she has 96413 miles, not to sure what to expect out of it as far as problems but im gunna research as well

i picked my 92 SC400 up at a used car dealers lot literally 1/8 mile away from my apartment. paint coming off the hood and top, no a/c, no radio, and it doesnt like to run in 90+ degree weather....got it for $1850....has a salvaged title though....love it and so do my friends....they jealous of it having a V8 lol. Like the aftermarket rims youve got there as well sir

haha thanks everyone! im going to clean it up at work tonight before i take any more pictures ha. they will be up 2mmrow in the daytime, i get off to late, but i only have a camera phone not a nice pic camera, i have a hd video cam though
ha. but one thing that sucks is....i failed emmisions. took it to a local shop, put it up on a lift to see if the cat's were rooted. NOPE! spotless underneath! amazing...but now time to figure the problem out, it failed because of to much carbon and the other one that follows that. (dont kno the name). But is there anyone else with this prob? im hoping a tune up will help, but that brings me to the next question...the wires for these cars...are expensive? local shop said 308 for wires...seems way to steep and than some other stuff, like the 2 distributor, etc etc and platinum spark plugs, but is there a good site to get all of this for cheaper?
