Oh and i got Supra TT wheels yesterday and i am redoing the polish. But i need to buy new polished center caps and cant find any! ANy pointers?

 

YO you gonna go to the Toyota dealer a buy them new and have the wheel place polish them for you...

I got lazy after 2 months of searching for those caps...

LOL Yeah ask around, you may be able to find some center caps in the forums. Worse case save yourself the headache and buy new. GL

 

Lol... they are plastic center caps painted silver... you can't polish plastic to look like polished metal. You can only get them chromed at a chrome shop. Period.

 

Ok my bad, dnt kno much about the chrome-ing process I prefer the silver look better IMO...(it all about hyper-silver or Gun-metal) hehe

Glad you like it new broski. When we started CL back in 98 it was like most of todays sites, but when the most known owner Ethan bought it in 2k he had a drive to make the site the best. By the time he sold it several years later to the corporate owned status it is now, myself and about 20 other mods had molded the site into the powerhouse you see today with diligent work to organize and construct things like no other site for information. Combined with the help of awesome members posting their pics and info, it was a good teamship to get to where we are today. Most of the major changes you see today that make the site happened in the biggest forum change around 2005-ish.

i spend more time on CL then i do facebook haha, couldent agree with this forum more, and the whole time i have been on here not one person has been a jerk, witch i find surprising
