Okay So i have bought a 1995 Lexus SC300 in Florida. Now I'm going back to California, and it has to pass smog. I looked and the cats are their, but i been researching this topic, and one post mentioned a third cat that are installed factory on California Lexus. Please help me confirm this. Pics would help.

Also I read that this guy pass smogged by buying 4 gallons of premium gas and diluting it with one gallon of acetone and he passed it with flying colors. I was wondering if this is first of possible second off i would like to know the side effects. I also read that this guy on a previous cl forum did 10 gallons of high octane gas and 3oz of pure acetone.
