Unhappy I Need Help Please Help Me!!! Possible Gas Leak

Well today I was just driving down a straight away and I was going pretty fast ( 80mph ) and all of a sudden I saw railroad tracks upfront and I couldnt slow down in time and I hit them and the car just bounced up and down and calmed down but it was a big impact... later that day I parked at home and I decided to go out again and once I started the engine ... I smelled GAS!!!!! I couldnt believe it .. I thought it was the outside air so I left... I parked at a nearby parking lot and I got out of the car.. this strong gas smell was still there with the car... I opened the hood and this stronger smell of GAS hit me and wow its smells bad.. i dont know whats wrong ... this never happend before... i checked everything... i looked at the fuel pumps and the bottom of the car to see if shes leaking... I NEED HELP! THIS IS VERY SERIOUS!

My ES300 smells like GAS!!! Anyone had this problem!?!? Please help me!

Sounds like you probably have a leak in your tank or fuel lines from some kind of contact. You might want to check if you're leaking anywhere...because if you are...you should have it fixed immediately. Otherwise you're ES will be gone with one good spark from something.

BTW, if you're ES is stock..I highly doubt you have 205hp unless you can prove it with a real dyno sheet. Even with a dyno sheet, you're really only getting about 155 to 160hp to the wheels since hp is measured through your front wheels. The big hp loss is from your automatic tranny's driveline loss. Sorry dude...you can't BS us here.

I would start by checking the fuel filter, then the line all the way to the back..
