i cant tell where any of there locations are on the car. the middle pic looks like the water outlet for the A/C system which drips the condensed water onto the ground. any more info or a zoomed out pic of the other locations???
i will take some better pics tonight, its a 1uz everything's stock,
the first pic is above the alt and a little to the left
the second is right infront of the front subframe, the line is right in the middle
thee third pic is right behind the front bumper, i thought it was an AC line also
1st pic is PS pump and the broken lines are for air bypass to raise idle. Looks like the one vacuum nipple is broken off of the pressure diaphram, so you will either have to plug both of the loose hoses and lose your PS idle up, or you will have to replace the diaphram so you can plug both lines back in.
2nd pic is a drain or vent for something, but I don't recall what. It is fine as it is and normal, so don't bother with it.
3rd pic does look like AC hard lines and will have to be replaced from a junk yard most likely.
stockhatch i love you! lol by plugging both lines, what effect would i have on the engine? and since its a vac line, sholdnt that cause my car to idle some what funny? one nipple is broken off but would i be able to patch the hole of that nipple and run both vac lines off the same nipple (splitter or splice the vac lines to one)?
not too worried about the ac lines i dont use the AC, thanks alot!

the vacuum lines are used for the idle up feature of the power steering system. when sitting still, at idle, and you turn the wheel in either direction it puts a load on the engine that could cause RPMs to drop to low and stall the car. this actually bumps RPMs up a few hundred to make up for the load of the P/S system
No, I don't think that will work. The assembly with the two nipples should function like a valve. When pump load is high, it should open and allow air to flow from one vacuum line to the other, raising the idle. When pump load is low, the valve shuts, blocking flow from one line to the other and keeping the idle at its standard RPM.
What you have now with the open lines is a vacuum leak. Tying the lines together with a t fitting and plugging them into the one intact nipple on the PS pump would not change the fact that you have a vacuum leak.
EDIT: Actually tying the lines together would eliminate the vacuum leak, but you still would not have the idle up feature. You may as well just plug both lines if you don't get a new valve assembly.
found one more piece that looks unhealthy, steering column, i want your opinion on the joint if you think its bad or if i shuold leave it for now, the rust is mainly on the outside, should i take it off and clean it up?

That looks pretty scaly... I would be scared of that if it were me, but I am sure there are a bunch of people from the rust belt who would say that is fine. If you can actually GET the thing apart, cleaning it up would allow you to inspect it to determine just how bad off it is.
