Hello i just bought a 94 sc400, the factory amp and cd changer in the trunk have been removed. I installed a double din pioneer dvd player friday. Pulled new speaker wire to each speaker. I followed raine's how to. The only problem i have is the sub will not play. I have checked power to the sub amp and have power to the amp. I read somewhere that you had to still hook up the 4 channel amp in order for sub to play, if this is true is their anything I can do? I am very pleased with my sound but would love for the woofer to play. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

may just have a bad amp? and i thought you said the factory amp was removed, what are you using then?

 

the amp for the other 4 speakers has been removed. the amp for the sub is still in the back deck.
