Hello everyone,

1992 SC400

I pulled code 24 - intake temp sensor
And code 71 - egr malfunction

Lexus stated I need a new mass air flow meter as the intake temp sensor is part of the maf. They also stated the egr valve is stuck.

The car runs and drives fantastic, just currently have a check engine light. Questions.
Could the egr valve be cleaned so the valve can work properly?
What are the long term effects or current effects if i do nothing about the maf? As i stated the car drives/runs wonderfully.
