Default advice on replacing o2 sensor

Greetings everyone,
Just recently purchase a 1998 SC300. After getting a diagnostic done, determine only issue was o2 sensor needs to be replace. So I plan to buy one but before doing so wanted to see what you guys recommend. I was looking at one made by "Denso". Should I get this or is there a different OEM brand better for me to choose?

Denso sensors arent bad, and are going to be much cheaper than getting an OEM one from a dealership. I ran Denso o2's when I was na-t, and they did fine.

Same shell but different engines. 400 has the v8, where as the 300 has the inline 6.
