Default Ugh, Blinkers not working....

I was cruising the other day and suddenly realized my blinkers were not working... I pulled over and saw a popped fuse, but it was my tail light fuse. Replaced it, tail lights work, but blinkers still do not. Fuse is good. Emergency Flashers work, just not turn signals.

Anyone have a clue? Or maybe a blinker wiring diagram?!
ive checked:
-fuses
-fender wiring
-flasher relay

Im stumped.

The bulb is dual, replace with a new bulb and problem should be solved.

All four turn signals do not work, you are saying if one bulb is out, all four wont work? That doesnt seem right to me?

I spent the last 2 days ripping apart the fuse box, testing wire after wire, testing signal at the flasher relay...everything checked out. Then i decided i would take out my hazard button and clean it. Did that and bingo-bango blinkers work again. Apparently the hazard button had got stuck in a position where it wasnt fully on, but wasnt fully off. Another thing to look for if your blinkers stop working.
