Default FUSE keeps going out

I recently installed LED lights in my parking lights, DRL, reverse lights and my front and rear turn signals (with 6ohm resistors). For some reason, my fuse for the DRL keeps going out.

FYI - I had a little trouble on the rear turn signal and accidentally cut the + and ground wire. I put them back together using a wire splicer, and the turn signals work just fine.

1) Does anyone have an idea why my DRL fuse keeps going out?
2) Can it be related to the turn signals? (Keep in mind my turn signal fuse never goes out).
3) Will the fact that I accidentally cut my rear turn signal wire, cause any long term damage on the wiring?

How can it be a bad bulb if both lights turn on when I replace the fuse?
