When I re-ran my tire well harness I plugged a clip in but didn't secure it in all the way and tried to start my car and it wouldn't start. I got power to everything, it all looked normal then no crank. I securely got the plug in with the little latch on the bottom and then tried and it fired right up. So yes if a plug is not plugged in down there your car will not start. From the pic (can't tell to good) it might be that same plug.

Should be a big white plug with a black or yellow lever type on the bottom of it, iirc.

well, i've been doing alot of work to my sc300 and i cant find the plug circled in the pic above(first post)...i've read somewhere that the plug comes from the cowl but i've looked and i can't seem to find it, but some(not all) of the prongs have power with the key on....i'm getting no spark, and no fuel unless i hard wire the fuel pump....although i do have power at the ecu, both ecu grounds are good-the motor is grounded as well
