Sunroof Problems! Help please!
So I've had problems with the sunroof not wanting to close/tilt back down ever since I bought this car about a year ago... and for some reason I decided to try my luck and see maybe it'll just start working properly again....Guess not. -_-
OLD PROBLEM: When I tilt my sunroof up, it won't go back down... stuck
Solution: New motor/relay/switch.
NEW PROBLEM: Sunroof now opens and closes/ tilts up & down, but now the controls are weird. I have to press the open/close button for it to tilt up & down, and the open/close buttons don't open it all the way. I have to press the tilt button for it to open all the way. It's weird.
Solution?
The video will explain exactly what I mean.

*sorry idk how to embed the videos on here on CL.
Any help would be gladly appreciated, thanks.

Yea I think so too. the tilt switch and the back and front switch may share the same ground and if they are possibly wired backwards it will work but as an opposite opperation. If you did a job on the motor before you might wanna recheck it. if you haven't, then somebody before you got the car did something to it and didn't wire it right and if nottt.. the last thing i could possibly think off is that the wires could have gotten latch between something like the galss somehow too many times and the opened up and touching one another in which everytime you hit the tilt switch and the circuit is activated it could be sending power back around activated the slide. im sorry you don't know but electrical problems are complicated if you don't understand it. One thing going wrong can trigger ten or more problems. so if you worked on it before take time to pull it out and inspect all ur wires for cracks, open, or mix color connections.
