Default driver side window not working

my driver side window will not roll down or up. I hear the motor when i press the switch but it won't move. I can slide my window up and down with my hand by pulling it. any idea how to get to the motor or to the window area? lmk please thanks

got to take off the door panel. start with all the tabs/screws around the inside of the door. than get a flathead screwdriver and lift the inner door handle and pry that little flat plastic piece off and take out the screw behind it. from there gently pull the window switch out, unplug it.

than the rest from there is common sense.

your regulator may have broke or that little tab.
