Greyhound hands down. You can check how much it would be on their website.

Go to a fedex office store and ask to sign up for a fedex account. Very good discounts. I shipped four wheels for 60 buck Boston to FL

UPS is cheapest for me, but then again I have had an account with them for 10 yrs now. But Greyhound is probably going to be cheapest. It might take a bit longer, but will save you money like switching to Geico....

Call local Greyhound Express and give size of bumper and city its going to. they will price.Because of size 5 feet + Greyhound is by far cheapest.
is it polyurethane or fiberglass?

Greyhound is the cheapest. Fedex and UPS will make you ship freight and even with an account it is ridiculously overpriced.
