Default STEERING Wheel removal (help please)

How do i remove my steering wheel from a 92 SC to install a NR-G hub and quick release? Any help or DIY guide would mean a lot. Thank you for your time CL family

I found this thread that just completed what you are trying to do, while it is not a DIY tutorial, it does tell you what screws to pull, and what you may run into, check it out, and see if that helps you out.

yep, the planet soarer one is good. I recently changed mine for a three spoke wheel. Sometimes the wheel hub is really on there. I actually bent the two steering wheel bolts from the kit that I rented from autozone so I couldn't return them. Just keep in mind that you no longer have an airbag and your airbag light will be on now. Most places won't pass a safety inspection on vehicle with an air bag light. Best of luck and take photos when you're done.

Keep in mind Tabaka that a lot of other states don't require safety inspections haha. And you can also buy a resistor that will stop your airbag light from coming on.

I'm actually about to switch back to a wheel with an airbag, head-on collision at 45mph for both cars and I'm still alive because of an airbag. Just keep that in mind.
