Default Problem with the sc......

Ok so my sc300 is having some problems the car is lossing all power when I'm driving I'll hit the gas and it won't go anywhere the rpms just drop as I hit the gas pedal. The point ofthis thread is too see if any of u know what this problem could be

you may try to check the fuel lines like filter. is tune up done? if your engine still running even if you floored the accelerator pedal it maybe means there's not enough fuel going through.

It may be your ignition coils. Search threads see if it relates to your problem

What does it sound like when you stomp on the gas? Does it sound like a sort of puttering? Could be the coils

I thought it was the fuel filter so I changed that about 2 days ago an it stopped doing it then today it started doing it again today but It was alot worse

Yea it sorta does sound like it is puttering

Check the following...

Coils
Fuse's (all of them)
Spark plug wires
Spark plugs themselves, Make sure they are gapped right
Distributer caps
Leads

THEN
Fuel filter
Fuel pump ECU
Wireing harness to the FP ecu


Come back after you inspect all these parts and tell us what you saw
