i have a 97 sc300 with a 2jzgte swap single turbo upgrade. right now i have a corolla non turbo map sensor in right now
my question is im having a problem with full throttle/mid-high boost, its breaking up very bad like im not getting enough fuel. My wide band is reading rich (10.5-11.5) so i dont think its a fuel issue im wondering if its the map sensor not being a supra tt map sensor.
driving slow/normal i dont have any problems, in low boost i dont either.
also if it might be the map sensor will a EMS help out??? i have AEM v2 on the way and getting tuned next week.
ive heard i just need to get it tuned becasue im not getting enough air for the amount of fuel. also im running 660cc injectors with a apexi safc and if im not mistaken i think its usless with that big of a injector
thanks

Reason: more info
corollas were not designed with manifold pressures higher than atmosphere, so it's probably not reading the extra manifold pressure caused from boost. Swap it out with a Supra Turbo map sensor or, if you're looking to crank up the boost later on, get a GM 3 bar as suggested and a tune for it.
does anyone know how or if there is any modifications you have to do to swap the GM 3 bar map sensor or any aftermarket like msd/3 bar map sensor. thanks for any help
I just swapped in a GM3 bar Map. I suggest you get Apexi's Map sensor because i think it is compatable with the SAFC2 I have a Power FC and i feel dumb that i got the GM3 bar but it works it just took me forever to figure out the settings and get it running correctly. PS i have a 1J not 2J but its all relative
