Default Sc400 electrical problem MODS PLEASE CLOSE.

I have a 95 sc400. Ive never had issues with it. Today (a rainy day) I started it up to let it warm up like everyday. The oil trac and a few other lights started to flicker. It's never done this so while trying to figure what wa wrong the car shut off with the key in the on posision. WTF? So before I got outta the car, the car tried starting it self. I jumped out and unplugged the battery. I waited a few minutes and plugged it back up. I had power and the door ding sounded. All of a sudden it tried starting again. I unplugged it again and posted this topic. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Please close this thread. No one's helping.

I just read in another thread that it could be the ecu. Has anyone felt with this before?

sounds like the ignition is stuck. try putting the key in the car than putting the battery on. move the key back and forth from there.

That explains the starter problem but what about the gauges? Someone reported it being the ecu.

Thanks for replying iridebmx. I take it by the views that because I don't have a swap or question on what wheels I should go with no one wants to post up. Since this is my dd I have to do what I gotta do which is send it to a certified mechanic. I thought I could figure it out with help from fellow members but I guess not. With that said I ask the mods to please close this thread. It's not going anywhere and I have given up because I'm in desperate need of help.
