which inexpensive rear speakers are you running in the rear? which brand and model?

save your money and spend what you would have on the rears for higher end front components.

Kohinoor, explain your choice if you would..My 4" speakers on my SC is shot, I bought some Kicker KS40 from crutchfield, but do not like them, as they do not fill out and seal the space very well. I am thinking of getting replacement surrounds from speakerworks.com and repairing my OEM and putting them back in. I dont mind keeing the OEM...

Pull the stock 4" all around. Cut a template out of MDF for the front speakers and buy a good set of 6.5" components. You can use the stock tweeter position with no issues. I don't even have rear speakers in my car lol.

I have 6.5 alpine type r all around and love them. Works alot better if you have a amp on them though
