hi i have 95 sc300 with a 2jzgte swap and now i want to covert to a gated shifter. can i just install the gated shifter to the supra tranny or will i need to modify it to make it work. and if it does need to be modify, what and how do i modify it. i was told i can just install the gated shifter console and it wold work

I seriously don't know...... I know there is a how-to, and I know you have to modify if you have an SC400. I also know there is a little bit of wiring involved. If you don't figure it out / give up on the project I will buy the setup from you if it has heated seat switches. Good Luck!

 

Make sure its an sc300 shifter, and there is wiring that has to be done. There is also a DIY on here on how to do it. Use the search funtion to find it.

 

guess i gotta do a lot of searching im gonna try to put it on and see if it shifts wen i got some time
