Electrical problem and could use some ideas

That's a great idea and sure looks solid.
Btw, I'm betting the Lexus engineers were solving a concern by having the neg battery cable bolted to the frame. Did you run another cable from the block back to the frame - or did you split the cable midway and get it bolted to the frame?
