Default 1jz oil pressure sensor

Hey I think this is the oil pressure sensor switch, Whats the easiest way taking this off without breaking the plug

I cant remember if I just grabbed mine with some channel locks, or if I used a deep socket.

Either should work though, the more I think about it, the more it was just a pair of channel locks and removed that stud poking out of the engine to get easier access...maybe?
