Default Boost surging on and off??

I have a question that i really dont know how to search because all i end up finding is compression surge.

Whats happened was when i went to do a hard pull in 4th i feel the boost kicking in and going down while i accelerate at about 3500 and up.

It also happened today in 2nd gear and i felt it at about 4000-5000.

Can someone tell me what this might be and how i can correct it?

I dont have a boost controller, and im going to buy a boost gauge today.

Im running 91 octane thats the highest i can find out here. I do have a boost cut controller that i will install but ill probably wire that in with the boost controller whenever i buy that.

So what do you think i can do to fix this?

Are you riding with fat people? Kidding.

At one point my car wouldn't run at all with someone in the passenger seat cause the EFI fuse would blow! My wiring is MUCH better now.

If your ECU is over there as in the SC400 you might want to check the wiring and any splices you've made if any.

I had a boost pressure leak at the BOV that caused that on my SC. Felt like the boost was surging.
