Quick ??? About cabin air filter.
How many are there 1 or 2? and where are they/it under the pass side glove box?

I changed mine last week...it has two of them....there is a panel right under glove box...pop that off and then you see two wing nuts....unscrew and take the metal panel out...pull the old one out...

I just did this too. They both go in the same spot. Also they were not cheap lol.

Yah, you put on filter in and push it over (towards front of car) then the next one slips right in.

What does replacing this do? Just a clean filter for the AC/heat to filter through?

Precisely my dear Watson. Filters the aircon. Works especially well when it's not on recirculation.

i was under impression our cars didnt have them...well damn i guess i'll check it out, 5 years owning the car its probably original

Most models did not come with them. They were an option at the dealer. I have owned 4 SC's, and non of them have had them installed.

I just checked mine and there is nothing there. So either po took em out and didn't replace, or they were never put in.

i was under impression our cars didnt have them...well damn i guess i'll check it out, 5 years owning the car its probably original
