Money won't fix jack**it when it comes to back pain. Neither will chiropractic. I've spent thousands on chiropractic over a 15 year period with nothing good to show for it but cervical stenosis (no fault of the chiropractor).

The bad news is, your back will not get better long term. It will continue to degenerate, and all you can do is mitigate the impact on your practice by realizing you need to ensure you do not continue to add to the stress. My chiropractor had to quit his practice because he damaged his lumbar spine beyond all hope of normal activity.

Money? Right. I wouldn't care if I got $1B for my injury, it won't help me heel/toe at the track. It also won't convince my neurologist I am safe to drive at the track even with a HANS and HANS qualified seat.

I also go T-boned by a stupid lady who didnt yield. I did go to a chiropractor but my back will never be the same. It may seem minor but man i feel like my back needs to be adjusted all the time.

hmmmmmm at first glance it does not look like 6100 dollars worth of damage, in fact it doesnt look too serious at all.

I could be wrong though so forgive me if i am, its just hard to tell with those pictures.

thanks for posting them though

Yea the frame is shifted a little bit. Really its not all that bad, its repairable not for the estimates. I'm sure me and a buddy of mine can fix it, but I'm not all that thrilled with what the insurance company is trying to do.

Never have i heard of them having to take the car to get it looked at for damages. I thought that was what the estimate was for...

Do NOT let them take the car anywhere! It is your RIGHT to have your car repaired wherever you want.

Nationwide is one of the absolute worst in terms of screwing over people their policy holders hit. They were cited by the government for using sub par repair parts and doing poor repair work. If you care about your rights at all you will not let them take our car anywhere.

I wouldn't let them take the car anywhere. Once they have your car, they have you by the *****. That's like going to a car dealership and giving them your car keys so they can "appraise your vehicle for trade-in value" when they really just want to be in control of the situation.

Alright well, they took the car friday. I have the address and all of where it went. I'm not thrilled about it going but to be truthful, I'm bout to head out tuesday and get my back checked out as well as my girls.

I have a feeling me and this insurance company are gonna have an interesting time. We'll see what all happens. I'll keep you guys posted as of what they offer, but if its not a reasonable amount, where gonna go at it.
