The Quantum R154 Kit is up on their website now. so now there is an easy R154 and W58 solution.

Im about to do my '95 with R154. I bought my internal parts from Driftmotion, my adapter and clutch/flywheel from Quantum-Auto (thanks Jake), found a nice r154 from a USDM 91 Supra Turbo, which I am rebuilding with all Marlin Crawler parts, and a master rebuild kit from Driftmotion. I also got new stronger poly diff bushings. I am also going to get Driftmotion's aluminum 1-piece driveshaft once I put it all in and measure it.

I was originally going for the w58, but opted to go r154 for my next planned mod. Im going to Lextreme route by swapping in a 2uz block/crank, 1uz connecting rods, ARP bolts/studs, custom Ross pistons, supra injectors, and Stage 1 cams. The only thing that Im having trouble with is getting the right engine mounts. I dont want to have to make my own, but it might come down to that if I cant get ahold of the Lextreme guy to order some.

Anyhow, stay tuned for pictures and more info on my swap...

Quote: r154 front drive shaft, modify the tranny mount, clutch peddle assy and brake peddle assy, clutch resivoir, hydro TOB, Lines for TOB, Adapter plate or custom bellhousing. Then you need the quantum auto flywheel and clutch. then a bunch of misc items

I have everything but the clutch and flywheel. Where you located? Maybe I can help ya install it if your in San Diego area!
Hey do you still live in San Diego? I'm assembling everything i need for this swap and could use a knowledgeable hand when it comes time to install. the only other parts i need are a driveshaft and a few other small parts.
