Default Coilovers which ones to get?

whats up guys,
I've been reading alot, searching and looking around but cant really find a direct answer in any of the threads i found on here. What i'm looking for is a most comfy coilover set up on the budget that goes low. I'm not looking to go drift or take the car to the track. Just drive to work and cruise. Car will be sitting on 19"s flush. I see some people say good things about stance and some people like megans streets, how about d2s? I'm just looking for something thats going to be as noise free as possible as comfy as possible and goes low and also dosent blow from daily commute to work and back about 60 miles per day, would love to buy Cs but dont really want to drop the extra $$$, looking to spend 700-1g on a set? Suggestions?

I'm looking for the exact same thing. A vendor from (I think) Circuit Motorsports keeps msging me about BC Coilovers. He says they can create a custom spring rate coilover for my needs, and apparently theres a set of BC coils that 'mimics' the Tein CS's. Think he said theyre about $800.
I think this is the route I'm gonna go once I get around to buying coils. Hope that helps..

No such thing as custom spring rates. You just choose what they have available and they swap it over

For daily driving, something with low spring rates and adequate damping should provide a supple ride. The BCs are probably the best coils for under $1000.

They aren't $800 though, little bit more than that but they are under $1000

We can in fact do a custom setup for you with softer spring rates that will be like a "comfort" setup. Valving will be matched to you springs depending on weight. We can also spec the rubber upper moutns for better comfort/NVH.

Shoot us a PM if you'd like more info

BC Racing. I don't know any Buddy Clubs that are under $1000 for the SC.

Im running BC Racings, and I gotta say they perfect for just driving and they go pretty low. I mean they in the same price range as PBM and Stance but the ride is comfortable. I think they come 14k Front and 8k Rear from BC Racing stock unless you want to change it. Thats what Im running and if you set the dampening in the middle they ride amazing.

How much money you got? If you got money get some KW Variant 3 for the Supra. These coils are freaking amazing

Well, if you want something nice and soft get megans, but if you like to be slam then you might have to get something stiffer. When i had megans i 3 wheeled everywhere and rubbed like crazy. Got a amazing deal on stance and its feels stiffer, and more sturdy.

Megans, BCs around 800 bucks? I would pick BC's since you can custom spring rates you'll want something more stiff for the SC since its heavy

Around 1000 bucks probably PBMs

I was surprised by the softness of my powered by max. They are perfect for me, not too stiff.

wouldn't recommend BC racing if you want comfy ride. I have a set on my LS and they are far from it. The Tein CS rode better, but the bushings that mount to the control arm needed to be replaced and they won't send out just the part, has to be sent back to Tein. So decided to try BC Racing with a similar spring rate (10/6) and found that it's so much stiffer than the Teins. I think all they do is slap the springs onto the coilovers and don't adjust the shock valving to compensate. The car's not even slammed, have it set to allow sufficient travel yet it's still stiff far from what you would expect from an LS. Given enough time and research, I'm probably going to just either go back to the stock/spring setup or airbags to regain that comfort.
