Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket coating identical to that being used on the center console? Its a slightly matte/textured finish that is rubbery.

I'm talking about the one in the above photo that goes around the HVAC and stereo.

Maybe use spray paint meant for bumper coating. Or plastidip might have the same texture (I've never used it but the matte look it has seems to indicate similar texture)

 

Plastidip will give you a rubbery feel. And depending on how you apply it, it can be smooth of have some texture.
